Just like that, it’s time to make plans for the summer holidays!
Personally, my favorite way to enjoy the summer is with family and friends poolside or on the lake, and this recent project is the perfect example of bringing all that is good together under one roof!
Our team started on this project before the ink was dry on the floor plans for this amazing new lake home.
It has all the amenities a family needs for the ideal escape from the hectic demands of the week.
High ceilings, an open floor plan, an abundance of natural light, and a state-of-the-art kitchen are just a few of the custom features.
This kitchen has everything you need to whip up a scrumptious brunch, or to prepare the perfect summer feast while staying connected with everyone in the house.
The porch was designed for enjoying outdoor living year-round with a full outdoor kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, recessed heaters, oversized fans, and a million-dollar view!
And when they’re ready to retreat from the Texas heat, we created a rec room ideal for playing pool, mixing a drink, and even playing some shuffle board.
And if that wasn’t enough, we added a room with a commercial-grade sports simulator for this golf-enthusiast family.
Last but not the least, every good host knows you need to have enough room for everyone to stay the night after a full day at the lake… and this family is ready for it!
Aside from the multiple en-suite bedrooms, the bunk room (accommodating up to 12) is perfect for sleepovers.
This lake home is officially ready for family and friends! With plenty of space for everyone, and so many things to do, being stuck at home suddenly doesn’t seem like such a bad thing. 😉
